Impersonation of others, including a SpyUltimatum Ltd or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Returns and Refunds
All our products come with a 12 month warranty. This
means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unusable during the 12 months after dispatch, we will accept a return and either repair the item,
replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an
equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund. If you experience any problem with a product bought from SpyUltimatum Ltd, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any
returns must be discussed with SpyUltimatum Ltd Customer Support in advance,
and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. All
returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and
accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance. In the
event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair /
replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs in returning
the products to us are payable by you,
and cannot be compensated by SpyUltimatum Ltd.Physical damage to
a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products
up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty.
Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the
warranty. Warranty is invalidated if any seals on product(s) are
broken or the unit(s) are damaged in any way. It is strongly recommended that
all items are tested before installation as we will not accept the return of
any product that is scratched or marked in any way.
If
you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you must contact us
within 7 days of receipt of your order, telling us why you wish to return it. Non
fualty goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Goods that are
returned within the 7 day period but are not faulty we reserve the right to
deduct an administration charge of �10.50 per product from any refund - this
covers card charges, re-stocking, re-packaging, re-testing and admin fees. If
the value of the product exceed �100 then a 20% administration charge per
product will apply. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management
for non-faulty returns.
All items returned to us for refund must reach
us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items returned for refund outside
of this 7 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
at their expense.
As soon as we receive the returned product (within the 7 day time period) in
the condition that it was sent and with all original packaging, we guarantee to
either refund your purchase price in full (minus any applicable admin charges)
or supply a replacement.
Please send returns
by registered or recorded methods, Spyultimatum Ltd are not liable for any
returns that are lost on the way.

Shipping SpyUltimatum Ltd sources it products from a number of suppliers. The products are shipped worldwide. If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your
country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the
time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the
courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your
responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates
about import fees or other taxes in your country. Please ensure that you verify any VAT or tax duties that may be payable on any goods before you make a purchase.
